LIKAZIFA TOURS AND SAFARIS: Wellness Tour Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Payment
a. A deposit is required to secure your booking. Third-party payers are able to make this seamless for you. Please inquire about other payment arrangements by sending and email to nyoka@7healingwaters.com
b. Full payment is due 60 days before the tour start date.
c. For bookings made within 60 days of the retreat start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation Policy
a. Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the tour start date: Full refund minus a $300 administrative fee.
b. 60 days or less prior: No refund will be provided. You may reschedule for another tour + any additional pricing or fees.
3. Travel Insurance
a. We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
b. Insurance should cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and repatriation.
4. Health and Fitness
a. Participants must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions at the time of booking.
b. We reserve the right to request a doctor's certificate of fitness to participate.
c. Participants are responsible for any medical expenses incurred during the tour.
5. Itinerary Changes
a. We reserve the right to alter the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances or for the benefit of the group.
b. No refunds will be given for any unused services or activities.
6. Responsibility
a. LIKAZIFA TOURS AND SAFARIS acts only as an agent for the various independent suppliers providing services on the tour.
b. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, accident, or delay that may occur during the tour.
7. Wellness Activities
a. Participation in wellness activities (yoga, meditation, etc.) is at the participant's own risk.
b. Instructors reserve the right to refuse participation if they deem it unsafe for the individual.
8. Accommodations
a. We will do our best to honor specific room requests but cannot guarantee them.
b. Single supplements are available for an additional fee.
9. Dietary Requirements
a. Special dietary needs must be communicated at the time of booking.
b. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions but cannot guarantee all requests.
10. Photography
a. We reserve the right to use photographs taken during the tour for promotional purposes.
b. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us in writing before the tour.
11. Conduct
a. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards fellow travelers, staff, and local communities.
b. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed detrimental to the tour.
12. Force Majeure
a. We are not liable for any delay or cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.).
